Return Policy for Digital Panel Meters

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects in Single, Dual, Triple, and Switch Digital Panel Meters
• All returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product
• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Serial number and model number must match the delivery documents

Return Process

1. Contact Selvam Instruments customer service with your order details
2. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
4. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
5. Attach the RMA number visibly on the package

Shipping Guidelines

• Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer
• For confirmed manufacturing defects, shipping costs will be reimbursed
• Use reliable courier service with tracking facility
• Insure the shipment for full value of the product

Inspection and Processing

• All returned products undergo technical inspection
• Inspection process typically takes 3-5 working days
• Customer will be notified of inspection results

Refund or Replacement

• Confirmed manufacturing defects qualify for free replacement
• Refunds are processed within 15 working days after approval
• Original payment method will be used for refund

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
• Custom-manufactured or modified products
• Products returned without original packaging and accessories
