1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of digital panel meters manufactured by Selvam Instruments. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Product Specifications

• All products are manufactured according to stated specifications
• Technical specifications may be modified for product improvement
• Product dimensions and features are as described in product documentation
• Auxiliary power supply requirements must be met as specified (30V to 300V AC)

3. Ordering and Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Orders must specify exact model numbers and size specifications
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Minimum order quantities may apply

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment required before shipment for new customers
• Credit terms available for established customers subject to approval
• All banking and transaction charges to be borne by the customer

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only
• Risk passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier
• Shipping costs are charged separately unless otherwise agreed
• Claims for shipping damage must be made within 48 hours

6. Warranty

• 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects
• Warranty void if product is modified or misused
• Warranty limited to repair or replacement of defective units
• Transportation costs for warranty claims borne by customer

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, specifications, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Selvam Instruments.

8. Limitation of Liability

Selvam Instruments' liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the manufacturer's location.
