Ordering Process

• Orders can be placed through authorized dealers or direct contact
• Model numbers must be clearly specified when ordering
• Specify size requirements (48 sqmm, 48x96mm, 72 sqmm, RS 65, MO 65, or 96 sqmm)

Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment for first-time buyers
• Credit terms available for regular customers subject to approval
• All payments to be made in favor of Selvam Instruments

Shipping Policy

• Ex-factory delivery terms
• Standard packaging included in price
• Special packaging available on request at additional cost
• Transit insurance to be arranged by buyer unless specified

Warranty Terms

All products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of supply against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects
• Must be reported within 7 days of receipt
• Return shipping costs to be borne by buyer unless defective
• Products must be returned in original packaging

Technical Support

• Installation guidance provided via documentation
• Technical support available during business hours
• On-site support available at additional cost

Customization

Custom specifications available for bulk orders subject to technical feasibility and minimum order quantity.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins
• Cancellation charges applicable as per production stage
• Written notification required for cancellation
